One of the Noy company directors will meet with you to discuss your objectives and review the overall feasibility of your project.
Initial Consultation – Obligation Free
The initial consultation helps us to understand your needs so that we can give an estimate of the cost and time to undertake your project.
Determine The Scope Of The Project
If you’re comfortable with our budget estimates, we move onto the design phase. In order to provide an accurate quote for the project, detailed plans are essential, cost for draftsman; architect will be in consultation with you for approval before engagement.
If required, a meeting will be scheduled between you, Noy Builders, and an architect or draftsman who has been chosen in consultation with you. Noy Builders ensures you are working with a quality architect or draftsman and oversees the process to ensure that your priorities are included in the design.
Finalising The Quote
Noy Builders will submit no obligation, written quote based on the details/plans. The quote is thorough enough to cover the scope of work for the project. However, if you change the scope of the work, variation will be presented to you for approval of any additional costs. If our quote is not within your budget, we can discuss all of the options, which will allow you to accomplish your primary objectives.
Noy Builders will keep your budget in check, if issues arises that will increase the cost of the project, you will be informed before work begins.
Project Management
Noy Builders assigns one of their team leads as Project Manager to oversee your project from start to finish, no matter on the size of the project.
The project manager will oversee the construction phase, managing the tradespeople. He will schedule each phase of work, ensuring its efficiency, quality completion.
We will arrange permits, certifications and manage the town planning approvals as required.
The project manager ensures budgets are on target and works closely with the client to ensure they are satisfied with each phase of the project.
You can rely on our experience to guide you through the building process; each of our projects begins with careful designs to ensure quality and usability in every detail. We work closely with draftsman or architects, tradespeople, craftsman, suppliers and YOU to ensure your home project perfectly reflects your vision and meets you requirements.
Noy Builders have their own factory, therefore all cabinetry is produced by us in our factory, kitchens, laundry and bathrooms are all custom built at the factory, minimising third party costs for quick turnaround and quality result.
Billing Terms
Payment schedules are customised for each project and respective customers, predominately, to the HIA Contact Specifications.
Our Guarantee
Noy Builders guarantees all their work, as per the HIA contract schedule of 7 years. Ask us about our guarantees.
