The ‘Noy’ family have been successfully building and renovating homes since 1971. In that time Noy Builders have built up many successful working relationships with contractors & businesses that support our team with your project.

While we maintain the traditional values that were the forefront of our business in the past 38 years, we ensure our designs and craftsmanship is not outdated in relation to materials and new trends in the market.
The Noy Builders team consist of full time dedicated staff and a network of Sub-trades who have demonstrated that they can deliver the level of service and quality workmanship that we expect of ourselves and that of our clients have come to expect.
Paul Noy has been active in the home building industry for 30 years, and his father Rene`Noy who was the founder of the company 50 years ago. Paul has an exceptional background in home construction and management.
Greg Noy also has extensive experience with home renovation small and large scale, has worked with the family company since completing his qualification over 25 years ago.
Gerry Noy has overseen many Kitchen/Bathroom/Laundry constructions and renovations over 38 years. His attention to detail can be seen in our gallery. Gerry and Rene’ are brothers who have worked together as a team since the formation of the Noy Builders.
Ronald Noy started out 27 years ago as an apprentice in cabinet making under the guidance of Gerry Noy. Ronald has continued to develop Noy Builders creativity in cabinet making and craftsmanship.
Munna Hill and Lachlan Monuntjoy is also part of the Noy Builders, both working through their traineeship under the guidance of the Noy Builders team.
The office administration – Paul Noy oversees the daily operations and is assisted by sister, Melissa Noy and Tammy Buxton.
Our process is our product. The process starts with listening to our clients and then determining how we can help. We evaluate each client’s wish list and determine how it can be best achieved within the budget available. If contracted to do the job, we bring the team together.
We also have strong relationships with reputable architects and draftsman, who specialise in the creation of residential designs and plans. Whether you elect to work with Noy Builders’ design associates or your own designer, with a solid plan in hand, we are able to integrate the skills of our professionals and bring your home construction plan to life.
